　　The Shanghai Disney Resort is a new upcoming theme park resort built by Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. The resort is scheduled to open in 2015. Phase 1 of the resort’s development will feature a Magic Kingdom style park, Shanghai Disneyland Park, an entertainment district, 2 themed hotels, recreational facilities, a lake and associated parking and transportation hubs. Additional phases will see the development of 2 additional theme parks at the resort. The site will cover 963 acres in Pudong, Shanghai, or approximately 3 times the size of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, at a cost of 24.5 billion yuan (US$3.7 billion) for the new theme park and an additional 4.5 billion yuan (US$0.7 billion) to build other aspects of the resort. 43% of the resort will be owned by The Walt Disney Company and the remaining 57% will be owned by the Shanghai Shendi Group. Project Application Report for the resort was approved by the Chinese government on November 4, 2009.

　　GENERAL ROLE DESCRIPTION:

　　This position is responsible for maintaining employee records in SAP and other HR Systems, providing a broad range of end-user support of the SAP system and other HR systems, required to routinely partner with technical and functional teams across the team to ensure the effective delivery of integrated system and process solutions.

　　Position Responsibilities

　　• Responsible for maintaining employee records and status change in SAP and other HR systems

　　• Responsible for extraction, gathering data, data analysis to support business processes.

　　• Prepares statistical summaries and special reports from system on regular analysis

　　• Work closely to support various HR and Payroll team members in a collaborative process

　　• Assist with team for providing support of HR system implementation in China

　　• Maintain and assist in processing of new system module by conduct testing to ensure validity and integrity of the HRIS data

　　Requirements:

　　• Fluent in Mandarin and English

　　• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

　　• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with focus in HR or English

　　• Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment.

　　• Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, SAP, etc.

　　• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment

　　• At least 3 days availability during the week

　　Qualifications:

　　• Previous HRIS related experience preferred

　　• Previous experience with SAP or other HR System preferred

　　• Excellent oral and written communication, customer service and interpersonal skills

　　• Demonstrates analytical skills

　　• Good team player with high degree of confidentiality
