Key Responsibilities:
1) Provide full and proficient secretarial support and administrative service,including arranging business schedule,assisting in business documents preparation,making travel reservation,providing translation/interpretation support,screening out the correspondence;
2) Submitting reports,documents and other necessary works as requested;
3) Assist in HR administrative duties as required;
4) Errands and other administrative duties as required;
Requirements:
1) Will graduate in 2013, bachelor degree with major in English;Mastering a second lanauage is preferred;
2) Good English skills in both oral and written;
3) Familiar with MS word,excel,and powerpoint;
4) detail oriented and analytical;
5) Good communication and interpersonal skill;
6) After one year will be offered 16-month salary
