前台行政助理职位描述:
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone call and operate switchboard properly;
- Greet incoming visitors / guest registration;
- Arrange transportation and accommodation for visitors / guests / colleagues;
- Purchase and manage office supplies;
- Handle company registration/amendment issues;
- Handle the Visa / Work Permit issues for expatriates;
- Perform the role of a cashier, responsible for expense claim record collection.
- To perform any other duties assigned by Administration Manager.
Requirements / Qualifications:
1.Professional telephone etiquette and polite image;
2.Good interpersonal skills;
3.Fluent in spoken and written English;
4.Customer service oriented and team work spirit;
5.Good computer skills;
6.Working experience in administration support is preferred.
