平面设计师职位描述：
English First is the world’s largest language school. With nearly 100 schools across China, English First has helped more Chinese students learn English than any other foreign language school. Due to rapid expansion in our China market we are currently looking for a:

Senior Graphic Designer
EF English First Franchise Operations, Shanghai Headquarters Office

Report to:
Marketing Director, EF English First Franchise Operations, China

Ideally you are a brand-led designer with previous studio experience, willing to get their hands dirty. You have good typography and layout skills and love a good challenge. We are looking for the exceptional that is:

• Creative, lively, dynamic and intelligent, educated to degree level.
• An ideas person, yet able to follow up your ideas with plans and actions.
• Develop total ART solution for the team
• Good at multi-tasking, being able to handle more than one task at a time and work under pressure
• “Can do” Attitude, positive with in pressure
• Result oriented, always manage to achieve team objective via your design.

Key Skills and Competencies:
• Experience of various Graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign, ….) including web design
• Knowledge of print and digital production would be beneficial to your application
• Familiarity with PowerPoint Adobe Acrobat, some Flash knowledge is also appreciated
• Proven creative working experience for at least 5 years. Having a proven experience in consumer brand will be a real plus.

Language:
• Native Chinese preferred with good English

Education & Experience Requirements:
• As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be an excellent communicator with drive and ambition, liaising with our nationwide branches and other worldwide Head Office departments with regard to new products and promotion supports.

• On a daily basis you will be working in a dynamic and passionate multicultural team which is willing to “bring something different” in our industry!
