We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of VC assistant.

In this role, you will:

Arranging Video Conference meeting, including setting up the facility, closing the call after completion, verifying signature and certifying any documents as true copy of original, download account opening documents (including account opening checklists, forms, welcome packs, terms and conditions, user guides and contact details) from HSBC intranet and distribute them to customers
To assist in management reporting and updating information on the team database
To assist account opening documentation handling
To help/updated cross border referrals database
To answer customer enquiries

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

State regonized University graduate
Good command of English and Mandarin
Conversant use of Microsoft Office software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to details
Patient and helpful character "
