Internship Period and attendance requirement : 6-9 months term, mandatory attendance request: 5 days per week
Requirement of Starting Date : As soon as possible once successful candidate is identified
Job Duties :
- This position will be hired to support HSBC Operations, General Banking Services department, Account Service Team ; - The interns will be working under supervision and management of Manager, Account Service to conduct following jobs : 1) Conduct HSBC office fire-proof & storage room clean up and documentation management ; 2) To conduct Bank information verification (个人存量身份核实), RMB basic account annual review & checking ; 3) To support institution credit code project ; 4) Other tasks and assignments requested by the manager or the Bank ; - The job holder needs to ensure that the whole process in operations are strictly complied with internal and external policy, procedures and requirements.
Requirements :
- Local university student, Mainland China citizen, holder of PRC ID Card - Committed, self-motivated and can work under pressure - Very detail-oriented, careful in running the job - Good customer service mind-set - Highly responsible - Strictly adhere to procedure guidelines and regulatory requirements
Attendance Requirement :
- Applicant must be able to secure 5 days service each week for a continuous 6-9 months, 6-month service is a minimum requirement - Candidate availability will be regarded as a key criteria in selection.
Allowance and Reward:
- The intern will be entitled with daily service allowance RMB 60 /day, payable on monthly base on actual attendance
