Job Duties :
- This position will be hired to support Global Banking Trade Sales Team in HSBC Trade and Supply Chain Department ; - The position holder will mainly support the sales support officer of the team ; - Main job duties include but not limited to : 1) Generate various business reports for the GB trade sales team, on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis ; 2) Consolidate business data, sheet and returns upon request ; 3) Assist the sales support supervisor to circulate and distribute business newsletters and relevant materials to Bank trade clients ; 4) Join and attend team meetings and record meeting minutes ; 5) To process any other assignment required by supervisor or other managers in the team ; - On-job training and necessary coaching will be provided ;
Requirements :
- Mainland China citizen, holder of PRC ID Card - Local university student or post-graduate student - Major in Finance, Trade, Accounting or Business related - Good commend of English, both spoken and written and good communication skills - Quick learner, patient, very detail-oriented, be able to prioritize assignments and having high sense of responsibility - Can work under limited time-line and under pressure
Attendance Requirement :
- Can secure at least 4 days service per week (including Friday), 5 day service is preferred
Allowance and Reward:
- The intern will be entitled with daily service allowance, RMB 60 /day payable on monthly basis
