Qualified candidates will be able to communicate with candidates and interviewers smoothly. The best candidates will have good verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time and understand the value of candidate experience.
1. Take charge of all rounds of interview arrangement and coordination.
2. Upload candidates resume into system and update candidate status and tracking list.
3. Push interview feedback from interviewers.
4. Support offer and labor contract related documentations preparation and filing.
5. Take charge of other HR function work and certain ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
1. Good communication skills both in English and Chinese
2. Great passion and interests for HR work, at least 4 working days per week.
3. Good team work.
4. Able to work under pressure and strong time management skill
5. Basic knowledge about HR operation is preferred but not necessary
6. Detail-orientated and conscientious personalities are a must
