应聘者须符合以下条件：
1、英语专业，本科以上毕业；口语流畅，发音标准； 英语专业四级以上；
2、性格开朗，工作有激情，能承受工作压力，吃苦耐劳，良好的亲和力，善于与学生沟通交流；
3，熟悉少儿英语教学（有一年以上幼少儿英语教育经验者优先）；能钻研少儿心理学，了解儿童心理特征； 能够灵活地驾驭各种教材，并采用科学多样的教学方法进行授课。制定有效的个性化教学计划；
4，定期跟学生家长对学生在校学习、表现情况进行深入交流，做好教学经营； 有较强的教学钻研能力与组织能力；
5，积极配合推广课程和市场活动，并完成主管交付的其他临时性工作。

ChildFirst is a high-end bilingual (English and Chinese) kindergarten chain in China wholly owned by a leading Singapore education company. ChildFirst currently has an opening for a full time native EFL teacher to be stationed in Chongqing *, China. This person is part of a team responsible for the teaching of English to ChildFirst kindergarten children (3-6 years old) based on the EFL curriculum developed and provided by ChildFirst.

* Chongqing is a modern and the largest city in China and is the starting point of the famous three gorges tour.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the teaching of English to ChildFirst kindergarten children (3-6 years old) based on the EFL curriculum developed and provided by ChildFirst
- Organize festive activities for ChildFirst children and parents such as Halloween, Christmas, and Easter etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Standard English pronunciation
- Relevant EFL teaching experience
- Pleasant personality
- Likes children and well liked by children
- Computer literacy
- Experience in kindergarten teaching a big advantage
- TEFL certificate a big advantage
